Hot Rod Power Tour Hotel Reservations

Hotel Rates listed above are group negotiated rates for the Hot Rod Power Tour 2015 and we encourage all attendees to book your rooms early.  When making your reservations mention you want the Hot Rod Power Tour Rate.   Hotel tax, fees and parking are not included, the room is based on double occupancy,   additional charges for more than 2 adults per room, may be available (check with each hotel for cost).  The Individual Guest is responsible for booking and obtaining a confirmation number, reviewing the cancellation notifications; the actual Cancellation of your individual attendee’s room-(and ask for a cancellation number).  Check in and out policy; deposit or a credit card to hold a reservation for each hotel based upon the individual hotel policies will be outlined upon your reservation and on your confirmation.  Know the restrictions before reserving your room reservation.
